RV Property enjoys approximately 1500 to 2000 visits
per day. See how we rank.
Basic rates: It is my intention to make advertising and the upkeep of
this website a simple process and hopefully I have come up with a good plan. The
rates are very reasonable. For Sale By-Owner Ads are only $45. For Rent By-Owner
or Commercial Ads are only $45 for three years. For Sale Commercial Ads
are only $75 per year. A Commercial ad is classified as
an ad with more than one unit per ad. You can't get a better bang for
your buck. Pictures, Logo's and Hotlinks for all ads are only $5 each. You can
also advertise with a Banner Ad on the Home Page or the Lead Page in a certain
section.
Advertisers have asked me to create Banner Ads and Custom
Display Ads for their use because the website has become so popular they were
willing to pay a higher premium for this service. Therefore I have added
Feature
Ads and Banner Ads.
RV Dealers and Campgrounds Managers can place Special Feature Ads at the
top of the particular section pages in their state.
RV Property is listed high
on many search engines, at the top in most categories. See how we rank on

FOR SALE COMMERCIAL AD Description:
This category is property for sale by a commercial vender or an owner who wishes
to advertise two or more lots for sale. Text up to 100 words, is $75 per year.
Pictures,
Logos, and Hotlink are only $5 each. Changes after
ad has been published for 30 days is $15. Please see specs below.
BANNER ADS:
A BANNER AD is linked to your
website and is featured either on the Home Page or the Lead Page of a section.
It is prominently featured immediately on the Home Page. The Lead Page Banner is
only one click away on a Section Lead Page. The prices are $500 per year per Banner on the Home Page or
$200 per year per Banner on the Section Lead Page. Please see specs below.
FEATURE AD:
Private Campgrounds, RV Dealers and Park Model Dealers can feature
their business at the top of the page of the State listed. Only $45
and we will link with your website, jazz up the ad and include a picture or
logo.
The Special Feature Ad includes 25 words of text a hotlink and picture or logo.
This ad will never be charged again and will stay on the website forever. Please
see specs below.
RV FOR SALE AD:
Only $20. This is a low rate because our ranking
in this category is not yet competitive. RV Property is gaining in the ranking
and we have enjoyed more interest in RVs for sale. You have a good chance of someone
needing a RV when they come to the website for other reasons and will see it
because we get approximately 10,000 hits per month. RV Property is ranked at the
top of most search engines in many categories. See

WORKER WANTED AD:
Only $20 for two year. As with RV For Sale our
ranking is mediocre in this category. However we get people looking for other
high ranking areas on our site and they will notice the RV jobs wanted.
MAKING CHANGES TO EXISTING AD:
Any changes to an existing ad will incur a charge of $15 after 30 days.

Advertising Policies:
Basic Ads
- I am pretty liberal with counting the words in an ad. The final judgment
as to how many words are used will be mine. You will be notified if too many
words are submitted with the Ad. Additional pictures can be added for a
$5 fee. Please check
Category
at top of page for correct cost. Additional pictures, hotlinks and logos are considered enhancements to the ad and require an additional fee. See
Enhancements prices above.
Changing the Ad
- Enhancement charges will apply for changing the make-up of your ad after the initial 30 days. Completely changing the ad will be considered as a new ad.
You are allowed to change wording and contact information for $15.
Free
Listings -
We offer free ads for certain things that are more of a service to our visitors.
The categories that qualify for these ads are; Public Campgrounds, RV Dealers and
Park Model Dealers. The listing will include name,
location and phone only and other necessary information as interpreted by
RV Property for the explanation of the subject. Hotlinks, logos, pictures,
e-mail and other
enhancements must be paid for.
Pictures -
Pictures should be sharp and clear. You may e-mail them or send them
by snail mail. Pictures can be digitized or printed.
RV Clubs - Not-for-profit RV Clubs are welcome to list a description of their club and a hotlink to their
website free. We
reserve the right to edit information. Commercial RV Clubs must use the Special
Ad format.
The cost is $45 one-time.
Link Exchange

RV Property is willing to exchange links with another website relative to the subject of RV interest. Please email your URL and we will inspect the site for reciprocal benefit.
We will place your hotlink in an appropriate place on the website.

All Advertising materials, including photos, submitted by Advertiser or created by Publisher are the property of Publisher and may not be reproduced by a third party in other publications, electronic media or any other materials without Publisher's or Advertiser's written consent.
Errors: Publisher's liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising that it publishes or from its failure to publish any advertisement that it has agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount it actually received in consideration for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question. Publisher shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors or omissions. The Advertiser must report such errors
or omissions within seven days of the publication dates.
Hold Harmless: Advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising supplied by it. Advertiser warrants to Publisher that its copy is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Inability to Perform :
