U. S. Army Corp of Engineers Volunteer Positions throughout the USA
Numerous positions as Campground Hosts and Park Hosts. Duties vary including greeting the public, providing information, answering questions, registering campers, helping with special events, inspecting facilities, providing surveillance, opening and closing the gate, and maintaining quiet hours.
Call the Corp Volunteer Clearing House at 1-800-865-8337. You can volunteer for short periods like one or two months, but you will probably want to stay longer.
