Why Sequim?

– World-class recreation right outside your door: Hike or bike the Olympic Discovery Trail, explore Dungeness Spit (the longest natural sand spit in the U.S.), wander lavender fields, visit local farms and wineries, or drive 45 minutes to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park.
– Beaches, golf courses, fishing, kayaking, farmers markets, festivals (Lavender Weekend, Irrigation Festival, and more), charming downtown shops, dining, and easy access to Port Townsend or the ferry to Victoria, B.C.
– Small-town friendliness with low crime, no state income tax, and everything retirees and full-time RVers love.

Your site includes full hookups and is move-in ready. Utilities included. We’re a clean, caring community that values quiet enjoyment and long-term stays.
