Great location, located between Ellicottville and Springville. Just a short drive to Niagara Falls.

Annual maintenance dues are about $496 each year. Once you are a member, you can stay at the resort in your RV for only $3 a night, or any of the other parks in the network for just $10 a night. Cabins are also available, and the amenities are terrific.

This offer is not available to anyone who’s toured the resort with the sales staff in the past two years.
