Lot RV09 enjoys a quiet location in the park toward the back 40, full hookups including; 50-amp electrical service (new pedestal in 2025), water and two sewer connections serve this lot. The lot comes with a new large 8’x12’ Gorilla shed professionally constructed in 2024, wired with many outlets, and includes cabinet, rug, recliner and built in upper storage shelves. There are large trees on the lot that provide a perfect mix of shade during hot days with enough open space to enjoy the bountiful sunshine.

The park’s location is an ideal home base for weekend getaways, summer residence or up to eight (8) months occupancy per year. Ideally located for day trips with Sisters one hour away, one and a half hours to Bend and two hours to Florence and the Oregon Coast directly west on Highway 126.

Lot purchase is a 1/63 membership into the Co-op versus a deeded lot, with entitlement to a lifelong lease of this lot. Membership allows occupancy eight (8) months of the year with very low annual dues of $1,788 for the entire year (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

The $10k assessment for the state of the art, parkwide septic project (constructed in 2025) for this lot has been paid in full. Price is reflective of this.

The annual dues paid to the Co-op includes water, sewer and garbage services. Each lot’s electricity usage is separately metered and billed for specific electrical usage at greatly discounted rates through the Co-op.
