Selling my Elite Silver Plus membership with Colorado River Adventures (CRA)/Emerald Cove Resort. This membership retails from CRA for around $15,000. It includes a week in a cottage at any of these properties and unlimited camping RV usage that include Emerald Cove Resort, Earp, CA; KQ Ranch Resort, Julian, CA; Ghost Mountain Ranch Resort, Pollock Pines, CA; Cherry Valley Lakes Resort, Beaumont, CA; Havasu Springs Resort, Parker Dam, AZ; Lake Havasu Resort, Lake Havasu City, AZ; Yuma Lakes Resort, Yuma, AZ; El Golfo Beach Resort, El Golfo de Santa Clara, Mexico. Membership allows unlimited camping except the restrictions listed This membership includes use of cottages, property amenities, and all hook ups for RV's and Trailers and you can also rent extra resort trailers for your friends and family. Here is a summary of my membership benefits: Member can reserve sites and rentals 120 days in advance not 90 days like most lower level memberships a full 120 days in advance One 21 day stay per year during peak season One 30 day stay at Emerald Cove excludes Jan/Feb, one 30 day stay at El Golfo excluding Jan/Feb Weekend Usage Frozen Annual Dues each year on January 1st at $449 One Free Week in cottage per year for the lifetime of membership Rental Discount of 50% off the nightly rental rate during non peak season when booking 5 or more nights With Elite Silver Plus membership there is no sale transfer fees, there is only a documentation fee of $320 for the new buyer. Buyer would have full benefits starting day one after all of the paperwork/transfer is completed with seller and CRA. I am selling my membership for $9000 + buyer pays $320 documentation fee. I am in Phoenix Az area, upon sale I would like to meet buyer at Colorado River Adventures in Earp, CA to finalize sale and paperwork on a Saturday but could possibly work out other arrangements.
