Membership offers reservation for an RV or tent site with no fee, or a cabin rental with fee. you can stay up to 2 weeks, and once a year you can stay up to 3 weeks. You can stay multiple times during the year following rules of being out for the same number of days you are in.(i.e. 14 days in, 14 days out; 5 days in, 5 days out, etc.) There is a transfer fee paid by the buyer of about $300.00 and Quarterly dues of about $150.00. Interested parties may be subject to background checks by Mountain Lakes. Purchase cannot be completed if you have taken a tour with Mountain Lakes within the last 2 years.
