MEMBERSHIP IN R-RANCH IN MOUNTAINS / SELLER PAYS TRANSFER FEE R-Ranch is a paradise mountain resort in the North Georgia Mountains, just north of Dahlonega, Ga on 834 acres. It is a secure gated ranch. It is great for families providing camping (tent or RV), swimming pool, horseback riding, fishing lakes, and cabins or condominiums are available to use. It is available to you two weeks a month year-round. This is not a time share but a deeded, partial ownership of a private resort. (IF you purchase directly from R-Ranch the fee is over two thousand dollars.) We will sell this ownership for $500 and WE will pay the transfer cost with paperwork handled by R-Ranch. Now is the time to buy with summer fast approaching.
