Mountain Lakes Resort Park Pride Membership in Lytle Creek, CA with the option to rent a cabin and/or use Resorts of Distinction (ROD) throughout other parks. $5,200. Mountain Lakes has full hook ups, water, sewer, and electric. Mountain Lakes is also pet friendly. Specific rules apply. They have a variety of fun activities and amenities including mini golf, basketball court, paddle boats, swimming pools, bingo, shuffleboard, adult center, restaurant and general store AND two fishing lakes. Fish are stocked year around with seasonal fish. Tenting is also available and there are full shower and restroom facilities available throughout the park. In case you run out of propane or cash, a propane resale tank is available as well as an ATM machine. Membership offers 60 day advance reservation for an RV site/Tent site (no fee) or Cabin (Cabin rental fee is currently @ $61 per night w/o cable and $64 w/ cable) for up to two weeks. Once a year you can stay for up to 3 weeks. There is a $300 transfer fee (paid for by the buyer) Quarterly dues are $146. From the free-way the road is approximately 7 miles with gentle curves and turn outs. Average weather conditions are typical for the mountains, warm days and cool nights. Mountain Lakes is at 3200 feet elevation.
