Pet friendly with a variety of fun activities and amenities including mini golf, basketball court, paddle boats, swimming pools, bingo, shuffleboard, adult center, teen center, restaurant and general store. Two fishing lakes stocked year-round with seasonal fish. Shower and restroom facilities available throughout the park. Dump site is available. Membership offers 60-day advance reservation for an RV or Tent site with no fee or a Cabin rental with a fee. You can stay up to two weeks, and once a year you can stay for up to 3 weeks. You can stay multiple times during the year following rules of being out for the same number of days you are in. (i.e. 14 days in, 14 days out; 5 days in, 5 days out, etc.) There is a transfer fee paid by the buyer of about $600 and quarterly dues of about $152. Interested parties may be subject to background checks by Mountain Lakes. Purchase cannot be completed if you have taken a tour with Mountain Lakes within the last 2 years.
