Convenient to dining, shopping, laundry services, and a golf course in WP. Check out Mueller State Park, casinos in Cripple Creek, lakes and rivers for award-winning fishing, river rafting, atv trails abound, or shopping in unique small towns. Perfect for traveling professionals or summer vacationers who prefer to live away from the hustle and bustle of the cities or noisy RV parks that pack you in like sardines. The RV parks in town charge around $1450/month.

RV conditions: Maximum traveler length limited to 28 ft in good condition, plus parking spot for one vehicle only.

Rent: Minimum 2-week/14 day stay $500 or monthly stay $850. Deposit, application and background check required.

Restrictions. Sorry no dogs allowed; prefer to keep the natural environment for the wildlife that frequent the property. Limit 2 people only due to septic limitations.
