Allegheny Mountain Resort Membership for sale $9,000.00.
Purchased a 20-year membership to the beautiful Allegheny Mountain Resort in 2024. The retail price was $14,000.00. The remaining 18 years can be all yours! Buyer is responsible for transfer/processing fees which is about $750.00 and is included in the sell price. Annual maintenance dues are roughly about $411 each year. The maintenance fees have already been paid for 2026. Cabins are also available, and the amenities are terrific. *This offer is not available to anyone who's toured the resort with the sales staff.
Great location, between Ellicottville & Springville. Campground has a large lake where you can fish, canoes, & use paddle boats. An indoor & 2 outdoor pools, miniature golf, shuffle board. They have dances, outdoor games (baseball, volleyball, soccer, etc.) & theme weekends.
The restaurant serves a wonderful fish fry on Friday nights and other great food! A nice Ice Cream booth for those hot summer nights!
Perfect for a young family as there is so much to do!
We just don't have the time to use it anymore.
Full payment will be required at the time of purchase.
