Membership accessed by your children, parents, ability to Will to offspring. Full access to all amenities at each resort including but not limited to Full Hook-ups 30/50 amp, Onsite managers/staff, propane, dump stations, laundry, showers, restrooms, club house, BBQs, fire pits, pools, hot tubs, sports courts, Many extra community events.

Charges above purchase price is $750 for transfer fee and annual dues. Pay asking price we will split extra charges with you. We spent many months at both of these facilities, please feel free to ask any questions. Even rented Cabins for annual family gatherings.
