Tampa Bay 40' Cottage -- seasonal

On the shores of Tampa Bay, in beautiful Tropic Isles, a 55+ resort, I have this 2017 Forest River Cedar Creek destination cottage. Available for seasonal rental over the winter. Gas stove, electric appliances including AC of course. Which you can turn down real low and turn on the electric fireplace if you want. Tropic Isles has friendly neighbors, plenty of activities and is only 20 minutes from the beach. Kayaking, sailing and fishing are right out your front door. Launch ramp and boat slip available. (The RV spot next door is also available, so you can literally bring all your toys). Great chance to try out the snowbird lifestyle in a pretty, relaxed part of Florida. At least one of you needs to be over 55, there’s a background check ($100). Electricity is included but you’ll need to set up cable and internet if you want it (4G signal is excellent though). This unit has some RV appliances. External propane bottles for the stove (a guy comes by to fill them) and an RV toilet, so watch a video on how to dump that thing, which you’ll need to do once a week or so.
