UDI NACO Thousand Trails Membership

Due to the lack of use I am selling our family camping membership. Although we`re located in IN the home park is Bay Landing in Bridgeport, TX.

I believe there are special benefits at Bay Landing since it`s considered the home park. The membership is good in11 states, and 23 different campgrounds.

Eligible states are AZ, CA, FL, IN, NJ, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.

All reservations can be made 90 days in advance with 14 days in and 7 days out. Good at all NACO parks.
Transfer fee of $150 is to be paid by the buyer.

All maintenance fees were just paid, and current for approximately the next 12 months. Maintenance fees might be subject increase upon sale? Current maintenance fees are under $400 annually.
