Asking $900 plus you will pay a transfer fee to the park for $300. Golden Pond is a small park near Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas. A perfect park for coast 2 coast as you are a good distance from other C2C parks. C2C offers a nationwide directory of RV parks for very reasonable rates. This park includes ZERO maintenance fees to maintain C2C membership. You will have to pay the C2C fee of $160 per year to maintain C2C but no home campground fees.
