Fully paid off (originally $15,995), willable or transferable.
Annual maintenance fee is currently $827, can be split into quarterly payments. One-time $499 transfer fee due at transfer.

TRA Sycamore Lodge Membership for Sale $625
Travel resorts of America Lifetime Sycamore lodge membership available. This membership includes free unlimited camping at Sycamore Lodge near Pinehurst, North Carolina and 10 per night camping at other travel resorts of America locations with a GOOD SAM membership (purchased separately). This is a lovely campground and we have had many fun times there. Very well-maintained property which includes very large campsites for RVs and tents, clubhouse, general store, bathhouse, hot tub and pool, fishing and canoeing lake, large dog park, mini golf and several playgrounds, and weekly entertainment at the pavilion.

Coast Deluxe Campground Membership for Sale
We’ve enjoyed this membership for years and made a couple of cross country trips saving hundreds of dollars in fees. Since we are getting too old to travel any long distances we decided to sell the membership.
Please note this is a deluxe membership allowing you many more opportunities to travel. You can stay up to two weeks in deluxe parks, rental cabins, enjoy family and friend reservations, take cruises and get vacation packages.
