2014 Dutch Park Monterray Model for Sale
This single-owner RV has been on our farm since purchased new from the manufacturer. We lived in it full time while we constructed our house. It’s about 800 sq ft with a single bedroom and double loft and could sleep 8 adults. The kitchen/living room has a vaulted ceiling with a lot of natural light. The kitchen has full size, black appliances including propane range, dishwasher and refrigerator, and a dining nook that comfortably seats 6 (four chairs and a storage bench). A leather sleeper sofa and recliner face the cozy electric fireplace in the vaulted living room with a ceiling fan. A full bath with tub, vanity and linen closet shares the hallway with a stack w/d closet and generous pantry. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with underbed storage as well as his/her closets and built in nightstands. The double loft has additional closet storage areas. It has a furnace and AC with an additional window air conditioner in the loft to help on those warm summer afternoons. The entrance is a full glass residential door with sidelights.
