RV modified to accommodate my mom after her leg was lost due to diabetes. We installed a “Coach Lift”. The updated floorplan allows a transport wheelchair to move around and created shower that fits shower chair. More maneuverability, bed replaced with pullout couch, walkway widened. Walls around bathroom changed to accordion walls. Flooring all laminate, upholstery upgraded to vinyl for easy cleaning. Added a washer/dryer for “on the go” cleanups. After my mom passed, we filled a critically needed niche for a Handicap Accessible RV for rent. We were the only accessible RV for rent in the United States. When you’re not enjoying the RV yourselves, rather than letting it just sit, it can generate income and help families in need. The cab overhead has water damage. Cosmetic issues in need of repair. Main components all working condition. Generator low hours, tires, batteries good shape. Includes hitch carrier with ramp to bring motorized scooter.
