DETERIORATING HEALTH ISSUES - CAN NO LONGER USE THIS. NICE LOOKING, COMFORTABLE, WATER-TIGHT SHIP. WARM IN WINTER, COOL IN SUMMER. LOTS OF HOT WATER. SLEEPS FOUR. THE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION AND GENERATOR SERVICED BY OUR LOCAL CUMMINS DIESEL SERVICE CENTER AND ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. THIS COACH HAS A LOT OF YEARS LEFT IN IT. SEE NOTE ON TIRES. HIGHLIGHTS Top of the line coach when built, 32,500 lb. 40 ft Windsor, with double driver side-outs, is in great driving shape and coach condition; a solid, private hotel suite. The age of a new college graduate, this coach does have some bumps and bruises, however, it works well and is ready for use. Propane stove, new microwave, side by side OEM fridge/freezer (elec/batt/prop), Splendide 2100 washer/dryer, Aqua-Hot 450D hydronic hot water system, dining room table for 2-3, double sink, house water-filter, full-sized toilet with integrated Bidet, single person shower stall, dual heat pump / air conditioners, central stereo system, front and back modern TVs with Blue-Ray/DVD player, queen sized bamboo hybrid mattress, leather couch with queen pull-out bed, front door lighted power step, and lots of storage and cabinets throughout coach and underneath. Huge coach-cover for offseason protection, original owner’s user guide including wiring schematics. SPECIFIC ISSUES The small standalone ice maker does not currently work. It might be fixable, but not sure, as we did not use. Water is turned off to it. The rear roof ladder is slightly bent and could be easily and affordably replaced. We have not needed to use it. TIRES These will likely need to be replaced soon. Although in good condition and with good tread remaining, one industry standard suggests replacing Class A motorhome tires every 7 years, or when wear indicates, whichever is sooner. The current tread is still good, but this is the 7th year. The coach uses six tires. I will work with whoever buys this coach – if they want - to get new tires on it, based on what and where you want to buy. TECHNICAL INCLUDES Cummins Diesel Engine 350HP, Onan 7500W (50A) Generator, Inverter, Propane / Battery backup power options, Kitchen/Livingroom and Bedroom side-outs, Tire Pressure Management System, Large water and LP holding tanks (see pics), Aqua Hot 450D Hydronic Hot water system, 50A EMS Smart Energy Management System, Garmin GPS mapping for RVs with lifetime updates, Back-up camera system, 32,500 GVW, 10,000 tow/1,000 tongue capacity, and more… ACCESSIBILITY Customized wheelchair ‘super-arm-lift’ effortlessly lifts wheelchair into the coach. Caretaker can push wheelchair throughout the unit to bath/bedroom when sides are open. Person-transit track-system throughout coach, with power lift and slings. Works perfectly but we did not need. Full sized toilet and bidet with wireless remote control of water, seat & drying temperature, ultimate in hygiene. Lighted main entrance step that automatically opens/closes with the front door and lighted door handle. Swivel passenger captain chair easily and safely accessed via wheelchair. Electrical outlets widely dispersed throughout coach for easy access and use. Vehicle is NOT modified to be driven by special needs drivers.
