Live, camp, fish and Golf at Crossville TN

Beautiful 2010 Park Model cabin on a double RV lot located at Holiday Out RV Park on Lake Tansi. Use it for full time living or a summer retreat.

There are lots of Florida residents that stay here from spring to fall. One of the roomiest
lots in the park that is in between 2 other double lots so the homes are spread out nicely for plenty of privacy.

The park and office are open year round!
The park has it’s own private beach area on the lake. Pontoon boating and fishing are very popular here.

Crossville has low taxes and a low cost of living and is a very popular retirement community with several golf courses.

We only used it on weekends during the summers from 2010 up to July 2016. Medical issues force us to regretfully sell.
