Live, Camp, Fish and Golf at Crossville TN the Golfing capitol of TN

Beautiful 2010 Park Model cabin on a double RV lot located at Holiday Out RV Park on Lake Tansi. Use it for full time living or a summer retreat

The park and office are open year-round! The park has many Florida residents that stay here from spring to fall. This is one of the roomiest lots in the park that is in between 2 other double lots, so the homes are spread out nicely for plenty of privacy

The park has its own private beach on the lake. Pontoon boating and fishing are very popular here

Crossville has low taxes and a low cost of living and is a very popular retirement community with several golf courses

We only used it on weekends during the summers from 2010 up to summer 2019. Medical issues? force us to regretfully sell
