Coast Marina RV Resort is a private gated RV community located directly on the Siuslaw river in beautiful Florence Oregon. The resort is within 5 miles of the Pacific Coast and stunning beaches. I am offering space #23 for sale. This space has a beautiful shade tree and a freshly landscaped Ivy bank. With ownership comes the use of the gorgeous riverfront clubhouse complete with laundry facilities, exercise equipment, a pool table, lounge area, a bar area and full cooking and dining facilities. There is a large grassy fenced pet area for your furry friends! The resort boasts an onsite management team and HOA fees are a reasonable $140 per month. So, sit back from the comfort of your motorhome or the 500 foot private dock and watch the world famous Salmon run!!
