TURNKEY PREMIUM LOT AND RV 60 MIN. FROM CHICAGO

Near New Carlisle,IN. Large premium RV site and travel trailers. We have seasonal rights to a large premium (new poured concrete)lot in a 5 star RV park. The park is on a beautiful and clean lake (boat slips available) within 1 hour from Chicago in Northwest Indiana. The South shore train stop is close and offers easy commuting to and from Chicago. There are 2 trailers on this lot with a shed and gazebo also for sale. We would really like to sell everything including the seasonal rights to the lot. The RV park manager has approved of me promoting this turn key offer as long as the buyer passes her background check. I would also be willing to sell the trailers separately if needed.
