Quiet, private site located in Oriental, “the sailing capital of North Carolina.” The site has access to a boat ramp to Broad Creek, which connects to the Pamlico Sound. You must submit pictures of your RV, and it cannot be more than 10 years old. Monthly rental. A background check will be required, and all payments will be made electronically. A security deposit of one month’s rent will be required. Lot size is approximately 30 ft. x 70 ft. The site has water, sewer, and 50/30 amp electric. Utility costs are in addition to the monthly rent. Trash pick-up is $30/month. Lawn maintenance is included in the monthly rent. A signed lease will be required. There will be a boat slip available in the future as a new dock with slips is being built. The boat slip will be an additional fee.
