First and last month’s rent + $200 refundable deposit and 6-month lease for move in. At tenants option: Wired-in high-speed internet, TV packages, and landline available through GVTC at each spot. I live on the property (7 acres) and take care of things well. Pets are allowed with approval and there is a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 for indoor/ outdoor pets (no Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, or mixes of same).
