CT RV Resort is in a quiet location 1 mile south of Interstate 10 near Benson, Arizona, approximately 45 minutes east of Tucson. These two lots, identified as lots 271 and 272, are each approximately 2,300 sq-ft in size. The lots are developable per the Architectural Control Committee’s guidelines. For example, install a shed with power, water & sewer, an awning, or a modular house. These lots are rentable - you can either rent them yourself or have the park office manage the renting for you. In the latter case, the park gets 20% of the rental fee and you keep the other 80%.

CT RV Resort is a community.
