This 2022 InTech Flyer Discover is a versatile off road equipped combination toy hauler/tent trailer.
At only 18’ long and ~2500lbs dry we towed it easily with a Ram ProMaster 2500 van.
It comes equipped with 2 drop out tent trailer type beds, the floor to bed height is about 23” for transfers, leaving an open floor space of ~12’ x 6’8” for your 4x4 power wheelchair, ATV, motorcycle, bikes, and other adventure gear. The inside kitchenette has a Norcold fridge/freezer, 2-burner Dometic stove and a large deep sink. We added a remote winch for the rear ramp door, and another remote which can pull a wheelchair user into the trailer can be mounted where you like. Other extras that we’ve added are 400W solar, rear view camera, and door screens. There is no bathroom in this model-we used a Leveo dry flush toilet and an outside camp shower. Most RV parks have accessible toilet facilities and showers.
The trailer is clean and in good condition. We enjoyed a 5 month road-trip in it last winter, some off grid, some National Parks , and are now passing it along so we can upsize into a motorhome for more long term excursions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Greetings– Last year my wife and I bought lot 308 at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge – RV Resort & RV Park – Creede, CO. Lot 308 has a new 14′ x 26′ timber framed pavilion. This structure comes with a county approved building permit, allowing the owner to build their dream “coach retreat” with a full kitchen and full shower. Lot owners are fantastic neighbors who take pride in their little piece of heaven. Many are Texans escaping the brutal Texas summer heat. The resort is on both sides of the Rio Grande River near the headwaters. The 360-degree views from our lot are jaw-droppingly. Outdoor activities abound, especially the numerous trails in the nearby mountains for side-by-side off-road adventures. Most owners own side-by-sides. The resort location allows you to ride your off-road machines from the park to the many trails. The nearby town of South Fork, CO has ATV dealers selling a wide selection of new and used off-road machines. Trout fishing is world class in this part of the Rio Grande River as well. Lot owners purchase a 40-year lease which is fully transferrable to a buyer who then gets a renewed 40-year lease. We’ve attached pictures with a site plan for a concrete pad for the motorhome. We’d also obtained an estimate to have pony walls installed in the pavilion and measurements taken for custom made screens with clear plastic and canvas to button up the pavilion when we leave. As previously mentioned, a unique advantage this lot offers is a building permit, meaning all is in place for one to build a coach retreat since it already has water, electric and plumbing to tie into the existing sewer system.
