Own your own seasonal get away in Beach Harbor Co-op park. Located along the Chester River 5 miles east of the Bay Bridge. The unit sleeps at least 6-8 people comfortably. Most furnishings will remain. The gated community has a boat dock, fishing pier, beach, pool, hot tub, playgrounds, clubhouse along with many special weekend activities. There are yearly dues that include all taxes, park maintenance, water, sewer, trash and security. These dues run around $2100.00 a year. A golf cart is also available.
