Selling my remaining 7 years membership at Waldonwoods Resort, Hartland Michigan. Sold my motorhome so I no longer require the membership

Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort and Campground Lot 87 have both desirable water and fountain views. It is a North-facing back lot with a large deck. This is beautiful on the pond site and very well landscaped. Concrete and Asphalt pad that is 50+ feet long to Deck to house the largest of rigs or Park model. Lot extension towards water has a custom retaining wall bordering a patio of pavers for your enjoyment. Located close to Detroit, Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Flint. The resort has tennis/pickleball, a heated swimming pool, and spa, well-kept bathhouses, and a fitness center all on large motorsport Lake Chemung. Other amenities include a clubhouse, Pavilion, Marina, 2 laundry rooms, and dog areas. Great area for golf, water sports, fishing, kayaking, sightseeing, many restaurants nearby, and close to metropolitan Detroit.

Outdoor Adventures Ultimate Bronze Membership includes access to all Outdoor Adventures, Venture Out, and affiliate campgrounds. You can also make this your home resort in the Camp Coast-to-Coast program, which allows you to camp at participating resorts across the country. No restrictions on camping at other resorts within a certain radius. Membership can be sold, willed, or canceled. Annual dues are fixed permanently at ~$500. Transfers happen at Outdoor Adventures home office in Bay City. We have divorced and need to divide our assets. Account is currently inactive. We will pay to reactivate the account for transfer. New memberships of this kind cost upwards of $14,000. This is a really great deal for people who like to camp.

Our children are grown and/or we are always working so we aren’t using the membership to it’s full capacity. We would like to find an interested party that would use and enjoy the membership. This year’s dues have been paid (2021) and will not be due again until April 2022. If you do not have a camper, each resort offers very nice cabins and park models for a small rental fee that includes all the dishes, comfortable clean furniture and a firepit. The membership will also include the unlimited day use for all the facilities such as swimming pools, putt-putt, game rooms, playground, holiday events and trails. Membership includes the following resorts in Michigan (9 total) Davidson (Lakeshore), Saginaw Bay (Standish), Grand Haven, Kalamazoo, Mount Pleasant, Sterling (Rifle River), Omer (Wilderness Adventure), West Branch (Lake of the North), Benjamin Beaver Creak as well as Ohio – Wapakoneta (Arrowhead). This is a 3 generation Pioneer Membership and is available to be passed on 2 additional times. Information regarding this will be provided by OAI. Since we have paid this year’s dues already – the new purchaser will be responsible to pay the transfer fee, negotiable if needed. If there are additional questions please call me. Our family is selling our membership due to a pending move out of state which is too far to keep the membership. As we had just purchased, this will leave the new owner (hopefully you!) with the ability to pass the membership on to a family member. New memberships upwards of $12,000 - $15,000. For one-third of the price you get all the locations and the gift of membership for your kids! Outdoor Adventures is a family-owned business that believes that you can build strong family relationships through camping and being together outdoors.
