Looking for an ambitious partner for park!
We are in Hendersonville NC. We have 180 lots available. Presently we have 20 dwellings on site and many people interested in moving in. We are the only Park Model community existing and it took me three years to create this beautiful park. Our location one half mile off a major express way is choice and is supported by great medical, educational, and shopping facilities. We am on city sewer and water, and have a beautiful clubhouse, pool, and landscaped park. My problem is simply that I need a younger active experienced partner to execute the marketing and sales vision. We have models and sales momentum started but at 85 years of age I need to put in place a succession plan. We are a haven for 2nd home buyers from Florida with an entry price of $49,000.
