RPI (or Resort Parks International) is an RV camping membership purchased through one of several affiliated resorts. The resort where a membership is purchased in known as the home resort is Paradise Cove (Rockaway, OR) and Willow Bay (Spokane WA) Paradise Cove is on Hwy 101 between Wheeler and Rockaway, on Nehalem Bay. It is 68 acres, with 110 full hookup RV sites, plus rental RV’s and cabins. There are 2 swimming pools and a large hot tub, 2 clubhouses with showers and kitchen facilities, and laundry. There is a boat dock and marina, and crab pots. This membership is known as “Advance Resorts of America” and includes full membership in another RV park on Long Lake near Spokane called Willow Bay. This resort also has full hookups, clubhouse, marina, etc. TIME RESTRICTIONS: Members can stay for 14 consecutive days, then must leave for at least 7 days before returning. Potential time at the resort is therefore 240 days per year. Sites must be reserved a few days ahead. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Maintenance fees are $536.92/yr.
