Fifteen minutes to Boerne, 45 minutes to San Antonio, Bandera, Kerrville, Fredericksburg or Canyon Lake. Maximum 2 occupants per RV due to septic requirements. The stone Laundry Building (in picture) is only for RV tenants and is free to use. There is also a private drive to the RV spots from the street. Water is softened. Rent is $450/mo + elec. First and last month’s rent + $200 refundable deposit and 6-month lease for move in. At tenants option: Wired-in high-speed internet, TV packages, and landline available through GVTC at each spot. I live on the property (7 acres) and take care of things well.
