This special need motorhome was factory built with handicap accessibility features. It is equipped with a Braun UVL hydraulic lift and includes extra wide aisles, a free- standing dinette, convection microwave, oversized roll-in shower, and an open sink area in the bathroom and much more. We bought this Motorhome in 2004, with only 1,000 miles. My wife, disabled and confined to a wheelchair from Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, and I were able to travel and enjoy the RV lifestyle and create many wonderful memories thanks to this amazing motorhome. This Motorhome or “Prairie Schooner” as we affectionately call it, took us coast to coast exploring and enjoying our beautiful country accumulating 100,200 miles of faithful service. Up for sale is our 2022 390DS. We purchased it September of 2021. We are currently in the process of buying a home and will no longer need this big of a 5th wheel. It has every option the 390DS came with. It has a king suite up front with its own full bathroom and washer and dryer hook ups in the closet. A queen suite in the rear with its very own full bathroom and a loft above the queen suite that sleeps 3.We added 15% mirrored privacy tint, custom cut reflectix insulation for each window to help keep the heat out in the hot Florida summers, an rv water softener and a built in 3 stage filter system so all of the incoming water is impurity free. We have addressed all of the issues that the 390DS's had. For example; all of the duct work is free from obstructions and all taped up as they should be, ac duct to the rear bedroom has a solid flex pipe and add a 110cfm fan to push air into the bedroom, added an exhaust fan in the rear bathroom to pull moisture out when showering. It has the double door rv fridge that is the same size as the residential fridge and runs off of 120v or 12v. We removed the small wooden dowel rungs from the ladder to the loft and replaced with cut to size and stained to match 2x3's. We also removed the couch and table and replaced them with a high quality Rec Pro 5 person reclining couch so the whole family can be together.
