For Sale is this 2006 Fleetwood Discovery 39V- the flagship of Fleetwood motorhomes we lovingly used for 4 yrs. Less tan 80,000 miles on it. The “V” signifies the full slide out on the driver’s side that opens the interior making a huge living space. It has a commercial-level Braun lift that resides in a built in cabinet. Roll-in bathroom. Accessible bath-sink allows room for wheelchair. An overhead track and motorized lift that runs from a hospital bed I put in behind the driver’s seat to the bath. The track can be dismantled and reconfigured to your needs. Another slide in the master opens up that room. We traveled with a nurse and a caregiver so I dropped a single bed in there as well and dubbed it “The staff lounge”. I slept on the dinette/bed, which made a comfortable full bed. My wife used the hospital bed. I still have the leather sofa where the hospital bed is now. The sofa folds out to a queen comfortable, air-topped innerspring mattress. There is also a small chair with footrest for the master. The master has a Queen sized 12” mattress- very comfortable. We installed a residential Samsung refrigerator/freezer. The 330hp Caterpillar runs great and well maintained. The generator was replaced when we bought it 4 years ago. All new tires ($3600) less than 100 miles on them. New starting batteries. House batteries are 2 years old and in good condition. Charger/Inverter replaced 2 years ago. All lights inside, and headlights are now LED. All maintenance records available. Both AC units work very well and are less than 4 yrs. I am asking $75,000 and will consider offers. Many necessary items such as hoses, extension power cords, etc. are included.
