Once bought, your monthly expenses are only usually electricity and any store/laundry charges. 15 minutes from a great store, hardware store next to site. Big astronomy community. 1 hour to winery 😉 Quiet and peaceful. Majestic scenery. 3 lots that together sold for a discount. Gravel on lot included for free. 3 lots sold as one piece for $39,000 ($13,000 each). Individually sold for $15,000. Lots 50-51-52. Friendly people and New Mexico sun and sunsets.
