Meadows Woods RV Park LLC is now offering *100* sites 50′ x 100′ lots on a lifetime lease that can be transferred. Membership is $1 in the Pocono’s 6 miles north of the Water Gap in a new private members only over 55+ RV Resort. That you can time share or rent. There is a Resort $15 a day fee for maintenance of property and garbage removal. Water, sewage and electric are fee’s from local municipality’s. Each seasonal Resort lot will have a 12′ x 32′ Cabana 12′ x 16′ screened room and enclosed 12′ x 16′ with sink cabinets dishwasher under the counter fridge, washer dryer, hot water heater, bathroom with standup shower. 50amp for the Cabana and 50amp for the RV. Site pad will be constructed of brick pavers. There is a pool, tennis courts and basketball already at location. There will be many others added to this 60 acre Resort as it builds out.
