The resort features a large, beautifully rustic clubhouse with a full kitchen, large stone outdoor patio with a wood-burning fire pit, and a soothing waterfall.

This wonderful motorhome community of 52 lots is conveniently located just off of Rt 23/441 (Sylva Road) in Franklin, NC. Franklin and is 30 minutes from Cherokee, Bryson City, Cashiers, Highlands (NC), Dillard and Clayton, (GA), One hour from Asheville, NC and Gatlinburg, TN. Two hours from Greenville SC, and Two- and one-half hours from Atlanta.

Quiet, private site located in Oriental, “the sailing capital of North Carolina.” The site has access to a boat ramp to Broad Creek, which connects to the Pamlico Sound. Monthly rental. Pictures of RV must be submitted for approval. A background check will be required, and all payments will be made electronically. A security deposit of one month’s rent will be required. Lot size is approximately 30 ft. x 70 ft. The site has water, sewer, and 50/30 amp electric. Utility costs are in addition to the monthly rent. Trash pick-up and lawn maintenance is included in the monthly rent. A signed lease will be required.
