We have enjoyed luxury RV and cabin camping at Hart Ranch Resort since 2001. Due to our age and health conditions, it is time to sell our P membership. The resort is located in the Black Hills just south of Rapid City, South Dakota. It is near Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave National Monument, Wind Cave National Park, Custer State Park, The Mammoth Site, and so much more.
The P membership allows for up to two full hook-up RV sites for a combined total of 21 days per month. Or instead of a second RV site, you can choose a cabin rental from any cabin type. The cabins sleep anywhere from 2 to 12 guests. Hart Ranch has 73 cabins and 480 full hook-up RV sites. There is an RV pet section, and many cabins are also pet friendly. This membership includes associate and guest night privileges.
The P membership allows for full use of all recreational facilities at the resort without any additional fees. The recreational facilities include outdoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, miniature golf, disc golf, basketball courts, volleyball, fitness center, playgrounds, pool tables, shuffleboard, and various adult and children’s activities. The P membership can be used year-round. Refer to www.hrresort.org to view photos of the property, resort amenities, affiliated resorts, etc.
Our original purchase price was $7,500. Hart Ranch is not selling any additional P memberships, but it is selling P memberships for guests like us who are no longer able to use their memberships. Hart Ranch is selling these memberships for $4,600 with only a portion going to the membership owner. We would like to pass these savings on to you and directly sell our membership for $2,500 plus transfer fees. The current transfer fee is $1,000 plus sales tax or $1,042. The annual maintenance fee for 2024 was $353.91 and has been paid in full.
