Private, full RV hook-up, back-in space available next to our home, on our fenced and gated two-acres. Located near Saguaro National Park West, on the west side of the Tucson Mountains, the “SaguaroSide”.
•3-miles from the National Park’s Visitor Center, the Park’s Hiking Trails and adjoining 20,000-acre Tucson Mountains Park’s 62 miles of Trails ( Mountain Biking trails too)
•4-miles to the AZ-Sonoran Desert Museum.
•7-miles to Old Tucson Studios( closed) & Gates Pass (a Cyclists’ favorite training passage over the mountains)
•18-miles to Downtown / UofA & Historic 4th Ave shops & restaurants, a beautiful 35-minute drive over Gates Pass
Site #2 is a larger, more developed back-in site with 10’ x 16’ concrete patio pad and shade tree. Room for larger RVs.
$650 per month, PLUS electricity costs, (both in advance)
•WiFi, Water & Septic Connection are included in the rent. ? Septic-safe practices are mandatory.
•(50 amp connection) Electricity will be metered and NOT included in the space rent. You will be required to pay the same per-kilowatt-rate we do for electricity used.
Minimum Stay is 30 days (but staying the winter season is preferred )
50% deposit due at time of reservation; deposit applied to rent
for reservation. Remaining first month’s rent due 30 days prior
to arrival date. No refunds of either rent or deposit.
NOTE: Laundry facility is not included.
Not kid friendly property. Two adults max per site.? Pets MAY be considered on case-by-case.
