If you`re looking for a great place for the summer come see this one! We have loved it since we arrived in 2006, but it`s time for us to retire elsewhere.
This 2013 Breckenridge Park Model is approximately 12` wide and 40` long (per specs) with an upstairs for kids, grand kids or storage.
LOTS of windows – so even on those gray days you have light.
The attached covered deck is 10` wide where we have enjoyed entertaining
many guests or just watching the birds, squirrels or chipmunks. The deck could be enclosed with either screens and or windows for further enjoyment as many others have done.
The gardens are the easy to care for variety and attract butterflies, hummingbirds
and many, many more.
The 4 lots together make it a very relaxing area. Parking for 2 vehicles is on the
far right side with a wild flower garden at the end.
A Queen bed (60″ x 80″) with storage beneath andbuilt in dresser and closet make up the carpeted bedroom.
There is a good size shower and bathroom.
